Bullpadel Pearl 2027 Review: Easy Power, Audited
The 2027 season’s quietest launch might be its most honest one. Bea González’s new Pearl arrives with a reworked heart and a fresh colorway — and Bullpadel’s own spec sheet confirms what that means: same diamond mold, same 355–365g window, same Fibrix and MultiEVA build as the Pearl 2026 we already scored. So this review does what a refresh page should do. It tells you exactly what is new, what is inherited from a racket we know intimately, and what our re-run of the scoring engine says one season later.
The package underneath is the one we know: a MultiEVA multi-density core, Fibrix hybrid faces with a 3D Grain texture, Air React Channel through the heart, Vibradrive in the handle and Custom Weight plates at the head. Declared balance sits around 262mm, the beam at 38mm — and one retail unit weighed independently came in at 352g, just under the declared window. See where it sits among all Bullpadel rackets we have scored.
2026 → 2027
What actually changes 2026 → 2027
- Pearl Core replaces the Trinamic heart: same inverted-triangle idea, reworked to stabilize the frame in the instant before impact — Bullpadel’s entire 2027 pitch in one piece of geometry
- Mold, face material, core foam, weight window and technology stack: identical to the Pearl 2026 we reviewed in depth
- New colorway and product code — cosmetic, not structural
- One correction to our own preview page: the core is MultiEVA multi-density foam. Bullpadel publishes no density count, and neither should we
Our re-run scores, one season later:
Power 8.2, Control 7.4, Maneuverability 8.1, Spin 7.8, Comfort 8.0, Sweetspot 7.5, Playability 7.9: unchanged.
Comfort 8.0 is the number that defines this racket: only 7 of the 78 diamond rackets in our database match or beat it. Attacker 7.87 · Hybrid 7.82 · Defender 7.76 — the 0.05 gap between the top two profiles is tighter than 73% of our database.
The case for buying it
In our testing of this architecture, the defining trait is how little the power costs you. This is a diamond that swings like a drop: the Air React Channel keeps head speed high, and at a measured 352g the frame moves through the air with none of the drag you normally accept as the price of a high balance. Bea González’s brief — attack all match without the arm tax — is written into every number: Power 8.2 with Maneuverability 8.1, a pairing only 13 of 78 diamonds in our database can match on the agility side.
The honest caveats
The two lowest scores are the story you should read before buying. A high balance puts the sweetspot near the top of the head: connect cleanly and the Pearl 27 rewards you, mistime the contact and it bills you immediately. Control 7.4 means directional confidence is the entry requirement, not a bonus. And Stability 7.7 is improved, not transformed — when heavy lateral pace arrives, the frame still gives ground to the stiffer, heavier diamonds it refuses to imitate.
On court
Shot by Shot: Where the Pearl 27 Earns — and Where It Bills You
From the baseline
Survivable, never free — that is Control 7.4 talking. Take the ball early with a compact swing and lobs come out with decent ease, the MultiEVA core lending free rebound when you are stretched. Get lazy with preparation and the high balance turns late contact into long balls. Defense here is a skill you bring, not one the racket donates.
At the net (volleys)
Its natural habitat, and the clearest consequence of Maneuverability 8.1. The head stays quick in fast exchanges, first volleys come out lively without turning wild, and block volleys stay low as long as your hand stays active. Few diamonds let you close the net this eagerly.
Bandeja
Where the 3D Grain earns its place and Spin 7.8 comes from. The face grips enough to guide the ball with bite and depth without forcing you to overhit — exactly what the bandeja asks: tempo control first, winner later.
Vibora
Acceleration without a full swing — the Easy Power concept at its most visible. The Pearl 27 rewards timing over muscle: play it for pace and placement and it bites; chase maximum rotation and you reach the texture’s honest limit.
Smash
Flat smashes carry real weight when you accelerate through the ball, and the diamond geometry does its share of the work. It is not the heaviest finisher in the Bullpadel line — the Hack 04 2026 out-hits it on raw power — but it is the one that asks the least of your arm in return.
Player fit
Who the Pearl 27 Is For
The attacking intermediate who wants Bea’s game, not Bea’s physio bill
You play left side, press at the net, train twice a week and know what your elbow says the morning after. Attacker 7.87 with Comfort 8.0 answers exactly that brief — and with Hybrid at 7.82, just 0.05 behind, this diamond doesn’t evict you from the right side either. See where it ranks among the best attacker rackets we have scored.
The pure defender — and the true beginner
Defender 7.76 is the lowest profile score, and it traces straight back to Control 7.4 and Sweetspot 7.5: retrieval play under pressure punishes exactly the late contact this frame doesn’t forgive. If that is your game, start from the best defender rackets instead. And if you find the Pearl 2026 discounted: same verdict, same character — take the deal.
FAQ
Bullpadel Pearl 2027: Your Questions
What is the PadelVerdict score for the Bullpadel Pearl 2027?
8.1 — Attacker 7.87, Hybrid 7.82, Defender 7.76, plus a +0.2 consensus modifier. Same headline number as our Pearl 2026 page, but the math underneath moved: our scoring engine now weights the profiles differently (base 7.87 vs 7.98), and the first weighed unit plus a season of inherited validation raised the modifier. The racket didn’t stand still — our arithmetic got sharper.
What is the difference between the Pearl 2027 and the Pearl 2026?
The Pearl Core heart — a reworked inverted-triangle geometry that stabilizes the frame in the instant before impact — plus a new colorway. Mold, materials, weight window and technology stack are identical, confirmed spec-by-spec against Bullpadel’s official sheet. Expect a touch more stability, not a new racket.
What is the actual weight of the Bullpadel Pearl 2027?
One retail unit weighed independently came in at 352g — just under the declared 355–365g window. A single unit is a single unit: treat 352g as a good sign rather than a guarantee, and remember the Custom Weight plates let you add head weight back if you want a punchier balance.
Is the Bullpadel Pearl 2027 good for intermediate players?
Yes — and that is rare air for a diamond. Comfort 8.0 is matched by only 7 of the 78 diamond rackets in our database, and Playability 7.9 keeps the entry friction low from the first session. The condition is contact consistency: Sweetspot 7.5 still asks you to find the upper third of the face more often than not. If you already do, few diamonds will tax your arm less while you learn to finish points.
