Why independence matters

Most padel reviews are written by shops, or sponsored by the brands being reviewed. PadelVerdict is neither. Every racket goes through the same 8-parameter testing protocol, scored the same way, with the same criteria — whether the brand is a household name or a newcomer. There are no sponsors to please, so the scores only answer to the tests.

That independence has a cost: no brand pays for coverage, and every score takes hours of work. The project runs on retailer affiliate commissions, on-site ads, and — if you choose — reader tips.
