Data We Collect
Five categories of data, each with its own purpose and legal basis.
Browsing & Technical Data
Our servers and hosting provider automatically collect standard technical information (IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, timestamps) for security, caching and performance. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics (GA4)
Google Analytics 4, loaded via Site Kit by Google, measures traffic and content performance. GA4 is blocked until you consent via our cookie banner (Complianz); IP anonymization is enabled. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Withdraw anytime via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Contact Data
If you email us (info@padelverdict.com, partners@padelverdict.com), we process your address and message to respond. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures.
Advertising Data
The Website displays advertising managed by Journey by Mediavine and uses the Grow by Mediavine script. These services may collect data about your visits to this and other websites to serve contextual or — with your consent — personalized ads. See Section 6.
Newsletter (when active)
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your email address to send it. Legal basis: consent; unsubscribe anytime via the link in each email.
Affiliate Links
The Website contains affiliate links to third-party retailers. If you click them, the retailer may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy, and we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Outbound affiliate clicks may be measured in our analytics as anonymous events.
We never share your personal data with affiliate partners. Affiliate relationships never influence our scores or verdicts.

Advertising — Journey by Mediavine
Interest-based advertising
The Website works with Mediavine to manage third-party interest-based advertising appearing on the Website. Mediavine serves content and advertisements when you visit the Website, which may use first and third-party cookies. A cookie is a small text file sent to your device by a web server that enables the website to remember your browsing activity. First-party cookies are created by the site you are visiting; third-party cookies are used in advertising and analytics and are created by a domain other than the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies, tags, pixels, beacons and similar technologies may be used to monitor interaction with ads and optimize ad targeting.
Mediavine Partners
Mediavine Partners (companies with which Mediavine shares data) may also use this data to link to other end-user information the partner has independently collected, to deliver targeted advertisements. They may also separately collect data about end users from other sources, such as advertising IDs or pixels, and link that data to data collected from Mediavine publishers' websites to provide interest-based advertising across your online experience, including devices, browsers and apps. This data includes usage data, cookie information, device information, information about interactions between users and advertisements and websites, geolocation data, traffic data, and information about a visitor's referral source to particular websites. Mediavine Partners may also create unique IDs to create audience segments used to provide targeted advertising.
Your choices
- If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, personalized ads are served only after your consent through our consent management platform, which follows the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF v2.2). You can view the list of advertising partners and change or withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- To opt out of interest-based advertising from many third-party ad networks: aboutads.info/choices (US) · networkadvertising.org/choices · youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
- Without cookies you may not be able to take full advantage of the Website content and features; refusing cookies will not prevent advertising from being served, but it may be non-personalized.

Grow by Mediavine
The Website uses Grow by Mediavine, which may collect information about your visit to provide features such as saving favorite content and to help deliver advertising. Information about Grow's data practices: grow.me/privacy-policy.
